
Strategy Administrative Assistant

How you'll CREATE:
• Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Strategy Officer, complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting and more.
• Support day-to-day administrative needs for the Advertising, Creator and Content Network leadership teams.
• Coordinate meetings across multiple departments, labels, and external partners while balancing shifting priorities and competing schedules.
• Prepare and update tracking documents for Content, Creator and Advertising Campaigns.
• Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up action items for executive meetings and strategic initiatives.
• Process expense reports and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Track department budgets, vendor paperwork, purchase orders, and administrative documentation as needed.
• Assist in planning team meetings, offsites, executive presentations, and special events.
• Provide additional project support and administrative assistance as business priorities evolve.
Bring your VIBE:
• 1-2+ years of executive or administrative support experience, preferably in music, media, entertainment, advertising, or a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
• Experience managing complex executive calendars and travel arrangements.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
• Positive, adaptable attitude with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to changing priorities.

Salary/Benefits
$40,520 - $45,000 /year USD
The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors.
