Bicoastal Talent Agency seeks assistant for busy Talent (TV/Film) Department for our LA location. MUST LIVE IN LA.
We are looking for someone with prior Agency or Management experience.
Answer phones, roll calls, scheduling, prep submissions, research, create spreadsheets, prepare agency agreements, database updates, scanning, faxing. Software InEntertainment, Breakdown Services, LA Casting. Must be highly motivated, detail oriented and very organized. Full time job - Monday thru Friday 9:30am - 6:30pm. Salary TBD based on experience.

Salary/Benefits
$19.00 per hour
Salary Starting at 19.00 per hour/based off experience paid sick and vacation healthcare 401K
