How we LEAD
Merchandise and e-commerce is part of the fabric of music culture. For artists, it's a way to develop and further articulate their brand. For fans, it's another pathway to connecting with an artist and the culture they represent.
At Digital Creative Services, content is more than an asset, it is how artists tell stories, build communities, and deepen connections with fans. Across ecommerce experiences, artist storefronts, campaigns, social platforms, product launches, and branded initiatives, content plays a critical role in shaping how audiences engage with artists and brands.
The Content & Experience team exists to create meaningful, audience-focused experiences that blend storytelling, commerce, culture, and creativity. By combining strategic thinking, creative excellence, and production expertise, we develop content ecosystems that drive engagement, strengthen artist identity, and support business growth.
