Intern - Music Event Coordination

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Mamas in Music is seeking an LA-based Event Coordinator Intern to assist with 4-8 local events per year. Ideal for someone interested in community building and music-focused programming.

Responsibilities:
• Help plan and execute LA-based events
• Research and book venues
• Support communication, RSVPs, and scheduling
• Collaborate with Marketing on promotional assets
• Provide day-of-event support

Requirements:
• Must be based in Los Angeles
• Strong organizational + interpersonal skills
• Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
• 5 - 15 hours/week (Will vary depending on event cycles)

Duration
• Start/End Date is flexible but ideally looking for someone that can start in January 2026 and commit for a minimum of 3 months
