Intern - Music Event Coordination

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Mamas in Music is seeking an LA-based Event Coordinator Intern to assist with 4-8 local events per year. Ideal for someone interested in music-focused programming. This job is remote but must be based in LA in order to plan and execute on the ground events accordingly.

Responsibilities:
• Help plan and execute LA-based events
• Research and book venues
• Support communication, RSVPs, and scheduling
• Collaborate with marketing on promotional assets
• Provide day-of-event support

Requirements:
• Must be based in Los Angeles
• Strong organizational + interpersonal skills
• Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented

Duration
• Start/End Date is flexible but ideally looking for someone that can commit for a minimum of 3 - 6 months
