Universal Music Group is currently seeking a Digital Project Coordinator in our Woodland Hills, CA office location:

Responsibilities

The Digital Project Coordinator is responsible for coordination of an ever-changing variety of projects related to UMG’s digital initiatives and new deals in the area of production, interactive design, asset management and product development of graphic assets.

The Digital Project Coordinator will conduct timely research, sourcing, trafficking and reporting on assets for various projects such as Disc On Demand, Spotify Collections, iPhone Applications, and other digital initiatives.

The Digital Project Coordinator will create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, Best Practices Guides and Resource Manuals for projects and assorted inter-departmental workflows such as -Spotify Collections-, -The Voice-, -iTunes LP/Extras- and other similar projects and will provide general day-to-day support for e-Commerce Operations Department.

A background in graphics arts, production in the music business, good follow through, sense of urgency, along with the ability to quickly implement new processes is desired.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications
Required:
* 2-4 years coordinator level experience
* Must have intermediate to advanced skills in:
* Exel
* Word
* Internet savvy
