The role will include a variety of administrative and customer service duties, including:
- Greeting guests and providing directions and instructions
- Answering phones and emails; liaising internally and externally
- Scheduling and booking conference rooms
- Granting building access
- Organizing front desk area
- Assisting with projects and other tasks as needed
Some experience in administrative or customer service work is required, as well as a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to commit to the role for 3-4 months.
