This is a Full Time Job
BLT Communications is looking to hire a full-time (12-9pm) Account Coordinator in their Theatrical Department. Candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills and be detail oriented. Should be able to juggle multiple projects at once and work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidate should be a collaborative team player with an outgoing, can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn. Must be proactive. Needs to be proficient on Mac, in G Suite, and Microsoft Office products. Knowledge of Photoshop / Adobe products and Filemaker a plus. Previous industry experience (agency or studio) preferred but not required.
Responsibilities/requirements include, but are not limited to:
Interfacing with high-level clients
Trafficking multiple projects at once
Tracking work for billing
Proofing/quality checking creative
Compiling notes from calls & meetings
Discretion in handling secure project titles & information
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly to various situations and project requests
