SITE LEAD (Event Contractor)

RESPONSIBILITIES

LEAD – Serve as the primary on-site representative for BallerTV, ensuring the event runs smoothly from setup through breakdown.

COORDINATE – Manage and support Event Contractors while communicating regularly with BallerTV Project Managers throughout the weekend.

SET UP – Receive, transport, and set up streaming equipment across multiple courts.

MONITOR – Ensure every court remains online with consistent, high-quality streams while troubleshooting equipment and network issues as needed.

EXECUTE – Maintain an organized, professional work environment while adapting quickly to changing event needs.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must complete a pre-event background check.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Must be comfortable using iPhones, iPads, and technology.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work long days in a fast-paced sports environment.

PREFERRED
Previous experience leading teams or managing live events.
• Experience in sports broadcasting, live production, AV, or event operations.
• Customer service, coaching, or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Passion for youth sports and live event production.
