Job Title: Event Contractor
Location: Wisconsin Dells, WI
Job Description:
We're looking for event contractors to help us live stream volleyball tournaments coming up in Wisconsin Dells.
Typical Schedule:
• Saturday: 6 AM - 10 PM
• Sunday: 6 AM - 6 PM
• Occasional Friday afternoon setups
This is a part-time, weekend contractor position involving long hours and physical activity. Responsibilities include setting up cameras, power supplies, and Wi-Fi for each court, monitoring streams throughout the day, moving cameras, and taking down equipment at the end of the day. Full training will be provided.
Requirements:
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have a car (may be asked to pick up or drop off gear at FedEx)
• Must complete a pre-event background check
• Familiarity with iOS devices
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and multitasking ability
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stay on feet for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in live event production, sports, or customer-facing roles
• Knowledge of grassroots sports (soccer, lacrosse, basketball, volleyball, football, wrestling)
• Valid driver’s license
Additional Details:
• Daily shifts can exceed 12 hours
• Weekend tournaments may involve 30+ hours of work
• Travel may be required up to 40 miles one way
