Travel Coordinator

Our team is seeking a youthful, hardworking, highly motivated Transportation & Travel Coordinator to support a fast-paced production environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts efficiently. Prior experience in travel and transportation logistics is a strong plus. Candidates should be prepared for long hours in a busy, and exciting setting!

Must have at least 1-2 years in travel/production experience

Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate all ground transportation, including vans, sprinters, SUVs, and shuttle systems

-Create and manage detailed transportation schedules, grids, and driver assignments

-Communicate directly with drivers regarding ETAs, daily schedules, hours worked, and overtime tracking

-Organize airport transfers, hotel shuttles, and daily set transportation for cast and crew

-Troubleshoot routing issues, delays, and last-minute changes in real time

-Collaborate closely with production, talent, and security teams to ensure seamless movement

-Serve as a direct liaison with travel teams to track accommodations, check-in dates, flight departures, and confirmations

-Assist with travel logistics, including booking and coordinating flights and hotel accommodations
Track and manage budgets related to transportation, flights, and accommodations
