Boutique Talent Booking and Brand Marketing Agency firm focused on music talent and celebrity appearances looking for an energetic and experienced intern to learn agency work with agents, entailing phone calls, scheduling, booking travel, and research. Must be highly skilled at Powerpoint, and graphic design is a plus in order to create presentations and event flyers as well as proficient on Mac systems. Must have exceptional computer skills and above-average writing ability. Social Media knowledge is a must with lots of experience on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and trending new technologies. Experience with Constant Contact email program is preferred. This internship is geared towards learning through immersion- asking questions and sharing ideas is encouraged. Candidates must be articulate, personable, and able to multitask. We are looking for someone interested in pursuing a career in the entertainment industry - interest in celebrity branding, film/TV, and pop culture is a plus!
The office is located in West Hollywood. Email social media links with your resume, please include your IG profile... Generally, the schedule is 3 days a week. 11am - 5pm. School credit must be offered. Looking for start dates asap.
Duties will include:
-Research projects
-Keeping our contacts up to date
-Gathering press
-Drafting client pitches
-Working in Constant Contact
-Editing/writing copy
Proficiency on Mac and OS X systems and experience with Google Suite, Canva, and all social paltforms.
You must:
-Earn school credit
-Have your own laptop
-Have a strong interest in the entertainment business
-Have excellent writing and communication skills
-Be punctual and reliable
-Be available 2-3 days a week for a 6-hour shift (11:00am-5pm PST)
-Minimum commitment 3 months
