yU+Co - Global award winning Design & Production studio located in Hollywood is looking for a Marketing/Sales Assistant. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have a strong interest/educational background in marketing and social media. Assistants work closely with and under the direction of the Business Development Associate. This is an entry-level position perfect for people looking to gain firsthand sales and marketing experience with Broadcast, Film, Gaming and New Media clients. Must be comfortable making cold calls.
You will have the opportunity to assist the Business Development Associate with the following duties:
Generate new business for the Broadcast and Film divisions;
Maintain and increase existing business in the Broadcast and Film divisions;
Develop business in new areas;
Provide marketing support;
Scheduling sales trips throughout the year;
Client servicing;
Requirements:
BA/BS Degree
Excellent communication and time management skills combined with the ability to handle multiple projects at a time
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite and FileMaker Pro
Other responsibilities as assigned
