This is a Full Time Job
WWE is seeking a hardworking, enthusiastic, and travel-ready Production Assistant to join our TV Production Road Crew. This role will directly support the production of WWE's weekly LIVE television slate.
Key Responsibilities
• Support show execution by collaborating cross-functionally and completing assigned production tasks with guidance
• Assist live and pre-taped elements through strong organization, communication, and reliable follow-through in fast-paced environments
• Work directly with WWE's Executive Producer and Director to execute all show-related elements
• Collaborate with WWE's Creative Team and Producers on overall show direction
• Coordinate backstage crews for all LIVE and pre-taped content
• Communicate with WWE's broadcast partners (Netflix, ESPN, USA, The CW, and Peacock)
• Work closely with Global Partners on in-show integrations and fan experiences
• Coordinate rehearsals with Producers and Talent
• Work cross-functionally with WWE HQ teams across Media and Business divisions, including Domestic & International Production, Creative Media, Digital/Social, Graphics, Global Partnerships, Talent Relations, Communications, Music, and more
• Liaise with WWE Superstars, on-air talent, executives, and key business partners
• Produce and manage off-site shoots and events involving WWE Talent and Executives
• Stay current on WWE programming, storylines, talent, partners, and products
• Roles include Commercial AD, Tape AD, Floor Manager, and Stage Manager
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Film & TV, or related field
• Previous LIVE TV or production experience strongly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to travel extensively (90% or more)
• Willing to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Highly attentive, professional demeanor, and calm under pressure
