Total Rewards Engagement:
• Proactively coordinates all content changes or updates from an employee communication standpoint for the Total Rewards team (incl. the Total Rewards Portal, Total Rewards Guide etc.)
• Liaison between Total Rewards and HRIS team in providing content and information to enable update of Total Rewards related systems
• Maintains the overall Total Rewards calendar and assists team members with programmatic support and communications to ensure deadlines are met
• Organizes and leads monthly meetings with Employee Experience team to address Total Rewards communication needs and other program support
• Monitors the Total Rewards inbox for employee inquiries and either responds or directs to the appropriate team members for resolution
Total Rewards Events:
• Provide coordination and planning support for ongoing Total Rewards events including benefit fairs and other wellness related events (on-site and virtual)
• Through partnership with the Employee Experience, Community Relations and other teams, identify other opportunities to insert or embed Total Rewards programs and communications within the employee life-cycle
Team Support:
• Timely processing of all Total Rewards related billing to ensure no disruption to employee programs and benefits
• Partner with Director, Total Rewards on quarterly basis to process WWE Board of Directors cash and equity payouts
• Partner with Director, Total Rewards on monthly COBRA administration
• Schedule meetings for Total Rewards team with WWE senior leaders or other Employee Benefit Committee members and external partners as necessary
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-4 years of experience working in HR, Preferred knowledge of compensation, benefits, other employee perquisite
• Proven ability to effectively manage logistics and operations
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to relate, communicate and engage with others across various personality styles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong situational awareness
• Must have meticulous attention to detail and ability to focus in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable to change
• Self-starter with willingness to learn, take initiative and ask questions when needed
• Solid project management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion
