DESCRIPTION:
The Role and What You'll Do:
TKO Holdings is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Partnership Sales to lead commercial growth across Mexico and the broader Latin American region. Based out of the UFC Performance Institute in Mexico City, this role is a critical member of TKO's Global Partnerships team, responsible for driving new business.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales leader with a proven track record of securing high-value sponsorships in the sports and entertainment industry. This individual will be tasked with identifying and converting new brand partnerships, crafting integrated solutions across the TKO portfolio, and contributing to the commercial success of the business in one of our fastest-growing markets.
• Develop and execute a strategic sponsorship sales plan for Mexico and Latin America across all TKO properties.
• Identify, pitch, and close new brand partnerships with a focus on multi-platform integration and long-term value.
• Collaborate with internal teams (legal, marketing, partnership marketing & activation) to structure custom partnership packages and ensure seamless delivery.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and consistently meet and exceed yearly sales targets.
• Represent TKO at key industry events, client meetings, and partner activations across the region.
• Provide market insight, brand intelligence, and commercial recommendations to the SVP and broader global sales team.
• Serve as the local point of contact for brand partners, ensuring strong relationships and renewal potential.
You Have These:
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in partnership or sponsorship sales within the sports, media, or entertainment industries.
• Proven ability to secure six- and seven-figure sponsorship deals with regional and global brands.
• Strong understanding of the commercial landscape across Mexico and Latin America, including market-specific brand categories and agency networks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (Spanish and English fluency required).
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing global team.
• Passion for combat sports, entertainment, and innovation in brand storytelling.
