Inside Sales - Music Tours + New Hire Bonus

Position Objectives

Achieve profitable sales growth by prospecting potential customers and growing existing business via telephone
Effectively communicate the OnStage Value Proposition
Recommend specific performing tour packages
Provide clear and accurate product and pricing information
Actively manage a significant prospect portfolio while maintaining accurate, up-to-date account records and documentation within the CRM
Participate in ongoing sales and product training to continue to improve salesmanship
Actively participate in supporting OnStage events

Job Qualifications

Previous sales experience preferred
Excellent consultative sales skills, organizational skills, computer, and presentation skills
Proven ability to build relationships, establish trust and identify sales opportunities
Strong work ethic and attention to program details such as dates, inclusions and pricing
Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
Ability to extend time commitment during the peak fall and spring selling seasons
University or four-year college degree
Ability to work independently as well as function within a team
Music background is preferred, but not required
