Intern - Endorsement

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Looking for a creative marketing enthusiast to expand the horizon of Wood Violins by proposing endorsements to qualified, world-class violinists. This is a terrific opportunity to work in the music industry, get a great deal of experience and add a strong resume piece.

Responsibilities:
*Assist in the marketing of Wood Violins
*Develop a database of potential violinists
*Research and qualify potential violinists for endorsements
*Develop a strategic plan for reaching out to qualified violinists and proposing Wood Violins endorsements
*Track progress in the violinist database
*Assist the Mark Wood management team

Requirements:
*Have strong administrative and organizational skills
*Have experience in the field of marketing (preferred)
*Have great attention to detail
*Be passionate about establishing a career path as a marketing associate in the music industry
*Be hard-working and willing to work long hours to make a difference
*Be an organized self-starter requiring minimal supervision
*Be high-achieving and goal-oriented with a positive outlook
*Be comfortable working in team situations in an office environment
*Have or be pursuing a relevant Bachelor's degree
*Live in New York City
