About the Team
Creator Sales is a recently formed division within WME's Digital department focused on driving sponsorship and advertising revenue for the agency's YouTube creator roster. The team brings together experienced professionals across sales, strategy, operations, and creator partnerships to build scalable monetization opportunities for some of the most influential creators in the world.

About the Role
As a Manager, Creator Partnerships on the Creator Sales team, you will play a critical role in developing creator-led advertising solutions for brands and agencies. The primary focus of this role is supporting the pre-sale process by translating marketing objectives into strategic creator recommendations, media plans, and partnership opportunities across WME's creator roster. You will work closely with sales, agents, and creators to develop compelling programs that drive revenue growth, while also supporting campaign execution and optimization throughout the partnership lifecycle.

Strategic Sales & Revenue Development
• Serve as the primary resource for select inbound agency and brand opportunities, translating marketing objectives into creator-led partnership recommendations, with a particular focus on the direct response advertising ecosystem.
• Develop customized creator programs, sponsorship packages, and media plans across WME's digital roster, with a YouTube-first approach.
• Partner with Creator Sales leadership to evaluate opportunities, develop pricing strategies, and prepare client-facing proposals.
• Identify proactive revenue opportunities and target brands that align with overall team sales strategies and initiatives.
• Present recommendations and creator strategies to internal stakeholders, brands, and agency partners.
• Support negotiation and deal development through contract execution.
• Own pipeline management and revenue forecasting for assigned opportunities.
Creator & Client Strategy
• Develop a deep understanding of WME's creator content, audience demographics, performance trends, and sponsorship suitability.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to creators and agents regarding advertiser demand, category trends, and partnership opportunities.
• Provide strategic guidance on packaging opportunities across YouTube and other digital platforms.
• Curate creator recommendations that balance brand objectives with creator authenticity and audience alignment.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
• Partner with operations and execution teams to oversee campaign implementation and ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with creators, agents, managers, and brand partners to facilitate approvals, content production, and launch timelines.
• Track campaign performance and communicate key insights to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and escalate issues with recommended solutions.
• Maintain accurate campaign documentation, reporting, and tracking.
Process & Scalability
• Provide internal feedback on and help implement standardized planning, workflow, and project management processes to improve sales efficiency, campaign delivery, and organizational scalability.
• Collaborate closely with sales, agents, creators, and cross-functional teams across WME to develop and execute best-in-class creator partnership solutions.
• Contribute to the development of scalable tools, resources, and operational frameworks that support revenue growth and help define the Creator Sales playbook.
• Identify opportunities to streamline pre-sale workflows, proposal development, creator packaging, and internal communication processes.
• Help establish best practices for evaluating opportunities, managing pipelines, and supporting creator monetization initiatives across the business.
Qualifications
• 5–8 years of experience in media sales planning, account management, brand partnerships, creator marketing, influencer marketing, digital media, or integrated marketing strategy.
• Demonstrated experience developing media plans, creator recommendations, and strategic partnership proposals for brands and agencies.
• Strong understanding of creator monetization, sponsorship pricing, digital advertising economics, and integrated partnership structures.
• Deep understanding of the pre-sale process, particularly within the direct response advertising ecosystem; existing agency relationships and familiarity are a strong plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate creator value propositions, pricing, and partnership recommendations to brands, agencies, creators, agents, and internal stakeholders.
• Consultative approach with the ability to guide senior marketing leaders and translate business objectives, audience insights, and performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Proven experience evaluating opportunities, negotiating partnership structures, and managing multiple concurrent sales opportunities throughout the deal cycle, including both transactional and upfront partnerships.
• Experience supporting the execution and optimization of creator campaigns across YouTube and other digital platforms, with a strong understanding of campaign workflows and performance measurement.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with experience leveraging creator analytics, audience data, and performance insights to inform recommendations and measure success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing client presentations, sales materials, strategic recommendations, creative briefs, and campaign recaps.

Salary/Benefits
