A fast-paced music representation team is seeking an organized and dependable Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to a senior representative and a diverse roster of music clients.
This role is well suited to someone who thrives in a deadline-driven environment, communicates professionally, handles sensitive information with discretion, and is eager to further their career in the music business.
Core Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily schedules, meetings, calls, correspondence, and follow-ups.
• Prepare and maintain booking materials, agreements, deal documentation, schedules, and internal records.
• Monitor the progress of engagements from initial discussions through contracting and settlement.
• Maintain accurate records related to ticket activity, payments, deposits, contracts, and event closeouts.
• Assist with billing, invoicing, expense tracking, and other administrative financial processes.
• Serve as a professional point of contact for promoters, buyers, managers, clients, and other industry partners.
• Organize information and conduct research to support ongoing business initiatives.
• Help prepare reports, presentations, itineraries, and other materials as needed.
• Take on time-sensitive assignments and special projects across the department.
• Handle confidential business and client information appropriately at all times.

Background & Technical Skills

• Agency or artist-management experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with industry booking or agency-management platforms is advantageous.
