The ideal candidate…

Will…
• Organize a constantly evolving daily calendar
• Schedule meetings and greet guests/partners when in-person
• Manage executives' phones, facilitate inter-departmental meetings and communication
• Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations and processing expense reports
• Assist in business-related research, note taking projects, as assigned
• Represent the consulting group and the company in a professional manner

Is…
• Comfortable with receiving direct feedback and offering the same, in a professional, composed manner
• Detail-oriented with impeccable follow-through
• Able to juggle multiple projects
• Excellent at time management and highly organized
• Driven and is a proactive self-starter who likes to take initiative- always one step ahead
• A creative thinker, balanced with the ability to work with speed and efficiency
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, readily adapting to continually changing priorities and aggressive project time frames -
• Someone who is an independent contributor and also works well within a collaborate team environment
• Tech savvy with the ability to help troubleshoot as-needed

Has…
• 1-2 years prior experience working as an Executive Assistant to a senior executive level at a consultancy, agency, digital media company or studio
• A Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• A strong knowledge of social media
