The Junior Talent Manager / Digital Media & PR will work alongside WSM managers to support the day-to-day needs of our talent roster while helping clients strengthen their professional brand and industry presence.
This role combines:
talent management support,
client relations,

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Talent Management Support
Support WSM managers with daily client management responsibilities.
Assist with client communication and follow-up.
Track auditions, callbacks, bookings, and career milestones.
Maintain client records, calendars, materials, and industry profiles.
Assist with submissions through casting platforms.
Review casting opportunities and identify potential client fits.
Research casting directors, productions, networks, and industry trends.
Assist with contracts, deal memos, and production paperwork.
Help ensure clients are prepared, organized, and professionally positioned.
Digital Media & Talent Branding
Assist in developing and maintaining WSM Talent's digital presence.
Create and coordinate client announcements, booking news, career highlights, and industry updates.
Assist talent with social media strategy and professional branding.
Review client digital presence and provide recommendations for improvement.
Develop content ideas that showcase talent careers while maintaining professional industry standards.
Assist with press releases, biographies, website content, and promotional materials.
Research trends in entertainment, social media, and digital marketing.
Client Development & Special Projects
Assist managers with client career planning.
Help organize client development resources.
Coordinate coaching, workshops, interviews, and industry opportunities.
Assist with special projects related to talent growth and company expansion.
Help build systems and processes that improve WSM's ability to support clients.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Passion for entertainment and a desire to build a career in talent management.
Strong understanding of film, television, theater, and the acting industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote environment.
Professional judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Creative thinking with an understanding of branding and digital media.
Ability to research, problem solve, and take initiative.
Preferred experience:
Talent management, casting, agency, production, theater, entertainment marketing, or public relations.
Experience with Actors Access, Casting Networks, IMDbPro, Breakdown Services, Canva, social media platforms, or digital marketing tools.
Experience working with performers, creatives, or entertainment professionals.
