Looking for a career Assistant to support an accomplished Director/Producer/Entrepreneur
The position entails calendar management, travel coordination, administrative duties, heavy email correspondence, personal tasks & errands, and high level support on set. The role also includes overseeing properties and working with family staff. Ideally looking for someone with a chief of staff mentality.
Looking for Los Angeles-based assistant who has the ability to travel for extended periods.
Minimum of 5 years Personal assistant experience with at least 2 years agency or Film/TV industry experience REQUIRED.
