Watson Design Group is an award-winning creative boutique specializing in digital storytelling, online development, and social media. We are imaginative, innovative, and driven by our passion for interactive design and community engagement. Projects we've brought to life include campaigns for A Ghost Story, The Jungle Book, and The Hunger Games franchise as well as experiential features for League of Legends and X-Files. Responsibilities:
Lead social campaigns by working with creative and production, devising content that is on message and based on insights.
Mentor, motivate, and manage the social media team, overseeing the growth of the department.
Act as point-of-contact for client requests and deliverables on a daily basis.
Work with community managers to plan content calendars and write post copy across platforms.
Ideate and execute strategies for ongoing campaigns that engage fans and drive social conversations across platforms.
Create analytical reports that measure KPIs and formulate recommendations for clients.
Contribute to the development of social proposals.
Keep up with social media and digital trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Public Relations.
Proficient computer skills, familiarity with Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Drive, Mail, etc.) and/or Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2- 4 years of social media or social channel management experience.
Strong project management and time management skills.
Experience and/or knowledge of native Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram insights, Hootsuite, or other reporting platforms.
