The Box Office Manager is a key component to our ticket and sales operation as well as gameday. The Box Office Manager is responsible for assessing client needs and selling the appropriate ticket packages based on their assessments on a year-round basis. Ticket sales include season tickets, group tickets, suites, picnic packages, mini-season ticket packages, fundraisers, individual games and the development of other ticket sales programs. It is also responsible for tracking sales and generating reports, ensuring all ticketing policies are adhered to and managing the box office on gamedays from ticket sales and will call to solving ticketing problems that may arise.
Responsibilities:
• Sales to individuals and businesses of season tickets and groups, including renewals as assigned
• Assist in the coordination and implementation of all team ticket sales efforts including planning and marketing in order to reach team goal
• Execution of ticket packages including contracts, invoices, ticket production and distribution of tickets
• Identifying, investigating, and executing strategic partnerships in the area of ticketing
• Oversee the implementation and operation of the ticketing system (physical and online).
• Track ticket sales data and generate reports to assist in forecasting and marketing efforts.
• Ensure that all ticketing policies are adhered to, including refunds, exchanges, and will-call procedures.
• Maintain and follow proper cash handling procedures for the box office.
• Train and supervise box office staff to ensure high standards of customer interaction.

• Ability to build relationships with vendors, advertisers and customers
• Cold-calling and phone sales experience
• Have the ability to manage multiple projects & tasks
• Be very energetic and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
