Promotions and Community Relations Manager

The Community & Promotions Manager is a key component to bridging our community relations and fan engagement. The Community & Promotions Manager is responsible for developing and engaging relationships within the community, using the role to expand brand awareness and the organization's outreach. There is a strong focus on scheduling & appearing at numerous community events weekly, booking the mascot for appearances and the need to understand the type of events occurring across the Tri-State. The Community & Promotions Manager will be responsible for the development, execution and sponsorship fulfillment for our in-game entertainment and delivering exciting energy to the organization's standard to create the best fan experience possible.

Responsibilities:
• Engaging community events and functions to build relationships
• Schedule and manage mascot and speaking events to build brand awareness
• Represent the organization in a professional manner
• Community focused sales

• Assist in the coordination and implementation of all team ticket sales efforts including planning and marketing in order to reach team goals
• Identifying, investigating, and executing strategic partnerships in the area of promotions
• Implement and assist in managing the aspects on in-game entertainment to ensure good fan experience
• Help decorate the ballpark to immerse it into any themes
• Ability to plan, execute and complete tasks on time and on budget
