Suite Services Associate (Limited Term)
Reporting to the Senior Manager Suite Sales and Service, the Suite Service Associate (Limited Term) will gain a board understanding of sports suite leases by working on both sales and service-related projects. This paid position will require the individual to be on-site for a maximum of 34 hours a week, and be expected to work long irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. This Associate position is limited term. The duration of work is from March to October 2026.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Service:
• This opportunity will provide a fast paced, hands-on experience servicing suite owners before and during games and concerts at Nationals Park
• Assist with suite checks prior to each game and concert including: cleaning, setting up signs and items, and reviewing food and drink orders to ensure they're accurate prior to clients arriving.
• Coordinate the logistics of suite owners participating in on field pregame batting practice and ceremonies.
• Interact and provide top-tier customer service to suite owners across a variety of events such as batting practice viewings, suite nights, concerts and events.
• Assist clients with procuring items from the teamstore – put together purchase request form, share inventory and pricing with clients, purchase items on client's behalf, and set up items in their suite.
• Support the suites and premium team at off-site events throughout the DMV area.
• Service and interact with clients on a regular basis to help resolve ticketing questions and concerns
• Fulfill suite owner benefits such as reward redemption, batting practice passes, and gift distribution.
• Assist with additional ticket, parking, and suite requests throughout the season.
• Sales & Strategy:
• The Suite Service Associate will develop their business acumen by supporting the premium sales team on proposals for suite leases and premium prospects.
• Conduct industry research used in new business proposals and suite owner renewals.
• Strategize creative and engaging ideas that will generate revenue for the department.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Ship packages to clients and contacts.
• Prepare and submit financial paperwork related to department purchases and expenses.
• Track and organize inventory of suite owner gifts and giveaways
• Other duties as assigned.
• Handwrite letters for clients.
Requirements:
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Successfully pass a Background Check.
• Available for the entire term of the position as listed above.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills with clients, colleagues, including internal and external senior executives.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with suite owners.
• Takes initiative without being asked and pays close attentat to detail on projects assigned.
• Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite to build presentations, create excel documents, and utilize Outlook tools such as email and calendar invites to communicate with colleagues and clients.

Preferred
• Proficient in using Tickets.com, Salesforce, ProVenue.
• Prior experience in a customer service environment.
• Nice penmanship.
Physical/Environmental Requirements
• Office: Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Position requires weekend and evening work.
• Gameday: Job requires employee to function in a high activity and heavily crowded outdoor professional sports venue. May work at heights. Employees will be exposed to inclement weather of varying degrees. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time, walk long distances, and climb up/down stairs. The employee is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit and must lift and/or move up to 45 pounds.
Compensation:
The projected wage rate for this position is $17.95 per hour. Actual pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to the applicant's: qualifications, skills, expertise, education/training, certifications, and other organization requirements. Starting salaries for new employees are frequently not at the top of the applicable salary range.
