Job Title: Video Operations Admin Assistant (Temp)

A little bit about our team:

The Commercial Video & UGC team at Rhino is responsible for maximizing the value of the legendary Warner Music Group catalog at commercial video & UGC partners with a primary focus on YouTube. We are hybrid platform and content management team that works cross-functionally within WMG to activate, develop, deliver, and optimize audio-visual content to deliver results for our bottom line, our artists, and our account partners.

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team and develop foundational expertise in multiple key areas in the music streaming space: Video Content, Metadata, YouTube Optimization and Monetization, and Catalog. In this role you will own key processes that form the backbone of our content activation and monetization operations. This entry level role presents the right candidate with career growth opportunities in a variety of directions in the recorded music and media verticals such as content management, platform management, A&R administration, and account management.

Here you'll get to:
• Lead Rhino's video music metadata (label copy) procurement and video content operations that provide a foundation for scaling our audio-visual content flow and revenue growth.
• Research, validate, and compile label copy inputs to develop new digital asset and product codes.Lead on video asset routing and ingestion to both internal and external partners, ensuring the correct content and file types are distributed and received.
• Assist with the scheduling, delivery, and claiming of a high-volume of audio-visual content to artist and hub channels on YouTube and Facebook as well as other DSPs that support video streaming.
• Assist with quality control for video remasters and all video ingestion.
• Assist with rights management and content protection initiatives, research, and tasks.
• Assist with metadata audits and corrections.
• Assist with YouTube and Facebook PMV optimization projects.
• Contribute to creative briefs for audio-visual content and ideate new content ideas.
• Lend insights and creativity to team initiatives and projects in order to continually help shape and economize our workflow.
• Pitch in on team projects and priorities where necessary.
