A little bit about our team:
The Innovative Marketing team is responsible for sourcing and developing strategic partnerships and campaigns across the Atlantic Music Group roster in several immersive and new media spaces. Given its specific objective, this role will work closely with teams across Atlantic verticals including marketing and digital to lend their expertise and help execute meaningful campaigns for our artists.
Your role:
This role is a unique opportunity to work with exciting artists and label partners while helping to grow Atlantic's exposure through new partnerships and activations. In addition to being at the forefront of a creative community, this position has visibility and engagement in new methods of music consumption, innovation, and the ever-changing digital landscape. This position will have the ability to make a meaningful impact on Atlantic's business; while also developing relationships with our current partners, employees and co-workers.
Here you'll get to:
• Stay up to date with gaming current events through research of upcoming releases, adjacent companies, prominent content creators, emerging trends, and more
• Facilitate marketing and creative campaigns across gaming and new media partners (i.e. influencer & content campaigns, live stream appearances, etc)
• Participate in artist game integrations/digital experiences by helping to build out the go to market, and digital strategy
• Support the wider team via marketing timelines, administrative aid, research and other departmental responsibilities

• Preparing and maintaining a detailed record of all promotional activities
• Facilitate marketing and creative campaigns across artist community platforms
• Build and sustain artist specific programming across interactive platforms ((i.e. Discord, Twitch, etc)
About you:
• Be motivated, creative, highly organized, detailed and multitask oriented
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Have strong attention to detail
• Have an interest in the music industry
• Manage recurring tasks while learning new initiatives
We'd love it if you also had:
• Music industry experience
• Knowledge of music and record labels
• Knowledge of the digital landscape and emerging platforms
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent business experience
• 1-3 years of years of experience

Salary/Benefits
$30.00 /hour USD
The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs.
