2-3 years at an entertainment marketing or trailer agency - you know the post workflow end to end
You've been waiting for more ownership and you're ready to earn it

WHAT YOU'LL DO
From Day One
The operational foundation - you'll know this world, and you'll own it.
Keep projects moving: track requests, generate work orders, follow up on creative orders across music, graphics, and editorial
Manage scheduling and calendar for the team
Ownership over all assets received from client for each project as well as job status of each job in house. Daily maintenance of the team project tracker and white board (shared to-do lists).
Coordinate editorial resource scheduling with other producers. Constant communication with other departments on upcoming needs.
Support team in new biz efforts and handle client gifts.
Maintain all internal documents to create seamless wfh enviroment. Keep the team organized and ahead of the game.
QUICKLY
Real project ownership - you'll be running deliverables, not just tracking them.
Read scripts and watch content to develop genuine project understanding
Translate client notes into clear direction for editorial, graphics, and finishing teams
Manage multiple concurrent projects with unique deliverables and varied deadlines
Work directly with Music, Graphics, Sound Design, Copywriting, and Finishing on assigned projects
Create jobs and submit graphic request forms in the Pipe
Update and maintain client records in HubSpot
Update and maintain finishing tracker, awards tracker, and capabilities decks
Cover for producers when needed, keeping projects on track independently
Actively contribute creative ideas in brainstorms - we expect at least one idea per project from everyone
Begin building client relationships of your own for future new biz opportunities
GROWTH PLAN
Where this role is going - full producer responsibilities on your own accounts.
Act as primary client-facing representative on assigned projects
Build and maintain direct client relationships with major studio accounts
Write and complete pitch decks for Creative Director review
Assign editorial resources to projects based on fit and availability
Prepare for and lead kickoff meetings alongside Creative Directors
