START DATE:
• Start Date: March 29, 2026 and March 31, 2026
• Training Dates: Training will be conducted over a period of two weeks starting March 29th.
• Please note, if you are selected to move forward in the interview process you must be available for the start date and training dates. The hours for this position are between 6:00am and 10:00pm.
Your Role Accountabilities...
Tour Associates are responsible for providing exceptional guest support and service throughout the visit, from entrance to exit. Candidates should be familiar with Warner Bros. intellectual properties, such as DC Comics, Superman, Batman, etc. Duties include but are not limited to welcoming and guiding guests through immersive environments, operating experience-specific roles, driving/shuttling guests and maintaining the highest standards of guest service, pacing, safety, and show quality throughout the attraction. Tour Associates may be scheduled in areas that include projected media, soundscapes, and environmental effects (e.g., wind, rumble, lighting cues). Candidates should be comfortable working in dynamic, sensory-rich environments and able to maintain performance quality within them.
Qualifications & Experience...
• A valid driver's license for the state of California. If you currently have an out-of-state license, make a record of your license number before you apply for an in-state license. We will need that out-of-state license number to check your driving history.
• A record of safe driving with at least 6 months of driving history
• Tour Associates may be responsible for driving a cart up to 14 guests
• Demonstrate strong communication and social skills, as well as the ability to speak effectively in front of an audience.
• Ability to retain detailed and accurate information, work outdoors in year-round weather conditions, and walk/stand for extended periods of time.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Will be required to follow the department's established dress code.
• Able to work flexible shifts which vary Sunday – Saturday, between 6am – 10pm.
• Able to work standing for majority of shift, and able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be a super fan of film and TV!
