The Runner supports daily operations within the Post Production Creative Services department. This role works closely with post production staff, clients, and front office teams to ensure smooth workflow, efficient scheduling and high-quality client service. The position reports directly to the Executive Director of Post Production Creative Services.
Your Role Accountabilities...
Client Services & Operations
• Coordinate daily client service needs and ensure a high level of support
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, staff and production teams
• Respond to requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a strong on-site presence to support post production and client needs
Office & Administrative Support
• Manage front office operations, including phones and scheduling support
• Order and maintain office and production supplies
• Coordinate food orders and logistics for stages & crews
• Track & submit employee time & attendance records
• Code and track work orders across multiple stages
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed
• Ensuring stages are set up, stocked, clean and prepared for clients
Sales & Post Production Support
• Assist with TV & Feature sales support, including bid preparation and research
• Create & maintain spreadsheets for sales tracking and reporting
Analytics & Systems
• Track departmental data and sales metrics using Excel
• Utilize Media Pulse scheduling software
• Time and Attendance submitter for represented employees
• Coding/tracking work orders for multiple profit centers

Required

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Not Required but preferred experience:
• 1+ year experience in Post Production (sound and/or picture)
• Familiarity with Media Pulse scheduling software
• College degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of the Local #700 Collective Bargaining Agreement (a plus)
Salary/Benefits
$37,172 - $69,033 /year USD
Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance.
