As the EMEA Publicity Executive, you will play a central role in supporting the delivery of high-impact publicity campaigns for theatrical releases across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Working at the intersection of global strategy and local market insight, you will help shape and activate campaigns that resonate across diverse audiences and media landscapes. This is a collaborative and fast-paced role, supporting cross-functional partners to ensure our releases achieve strong, culturally relevant media engagement.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Support the planning and delivery of press opportunities worldwide, including talent tours, festivals, screening events and junkets. You will also take the lead on selected campaigns as needed.
• Coordinate EMEA press interview schedules to reflect campaign priorities and key growth markets.
• Liaise with local publicity teams to review journalist nominations and press requests, ensuring alignment with strategic campaign direction.
• Partner with global and host-market teams on logistics, approvals, materials and schedules to maintain consistent, high-quality execution.
• Manage on-site press office activity at European junkets, ensuring journalists are checked in and available at the appropriate times.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with marketing, digital, distribution and creative teams to enable integrated campaign planning.
• Provide administrative and operational support including scheduling, tracking, reporting, database management, procurement and screening programme coordination.
Qualifications & Experience…
• Experience in a consumer-facing publicity role, ideally within film, entertainment or a related industry, with familiarity across EMEA media landscapes.
• Strong organisational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including working with teams across regions where English may not be the first language.
• Digitally savvy, collaborative and proactive, with the ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure.
• Flexibility to travel and work outside standard business hours when required.
Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
