This is a Full Time Job
Active contributor to the global brand partnerships pitch team with day-to-day and long-lead pitching/sales needs.
Your Role Accountabilities
• Gather and organize assets for film pitch presentations, including overviews, story walk-throughs, sizzle reels, strategy decks, mockups, case studies, and past campaign examples.
• Maintain and distribute release decks, calendars, and other departmental materials to internal teams, brands, and agency partners.
• Support partnership agencies by providing pitch materials, scheduling meetings, and managing follow-up communications with prospective partners.
• Conduct research on potential brand partners, including ethos, activities, and audiences, to develop tailored ideas and pitch concepts.
• Participate in brainstorms and concept development for brand integration into films.
• Track competitive partnership activity and industry trends, and support presence at key industry events (e.g., Licensing Show, Toy Fair).
• Coordinate with internal marketing teams to fulfill requests and gather information for pitches.
• As this is a global function, candidate will be required to participate in and contribute to all our international markets calls and meetings with the key international markets. Updates various internal status reports as it relates to global pitch efforts.
• Manage administrative tasks including tracking AV assets, distributing NDAs, updating status and budget reports, processing invoices, and assisting with contracts as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of professional experience preferred.
• Strong collaborator with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively with all levels of management.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal direction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms.
• Skilled in preparing clear, concise reports and presentations; maintains accurate records and files.
• Strong research abilities and knowledge of both emerging and established brands.
• Enthusiastic about tracking partnership trends within the entertainment industry.
• Flexible to work varied hours, including overtime when needed.
