Your Role Accountabilities…
• Prepares and serves mixed alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Expert execution of craft beverage recipes focusing on beverage quality and presentation
• Warm and prepare a variety of pre-prepared food
• Maintains bar cleanliness and health and safety standards
• Provides positive customer service while enforcing alcohol purchases and safety
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication of guests and handling an intoxicated guest
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Engage with our visitors to guarantee a dynamic, high-touch Warner Bros. experience.

Qualifications & Experience…
• Must be TIPS Certified (Training for Intervention Procedures) and show current certification documentation.
• Minimum 1-year of experience in a fast-paced bar service or restaurant (serving alcohol).
• Demonstrate strong customer service, communication skills, and have cash handling experience.
• Understanding and appreciation for the "customer comes first" demeanor.
