Freelance Packaging Producer (Film & Television)

We are seeking an experienced Packaging Producer to join our platform on a freelance, project-by-project basis. This role is designed for a producer with strong creative instincts, market awareness, and proven experience packaging projects and taking them out to buyers.

The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, understands how to position material for the marketplace, and can confidently shepherd projects from the packaging phase through sale and into production.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the packaging phase of select film and television projects

Lead and manage pitch deck creation, including narrative positioning, creative materials, and market-facing strategy

Collaborate with writers, directors, and internal stakeholders to refine project vision and buyer appeal

Strategically shop projects to buyers, financiers, studios, networks, and streamers

Attach meaningful creative elements and talent as appropriate

Represent projects professionally in meetings, pitches, and follow-ups

Remain attached as a Producer through sale and into production, as applicable

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience as a Producer on film and/or television projects

Strong background in packaging and pitching projects to the marketplace

Existing relationships with buyers, financiers, agencies, or talent (preferred)

Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with creative teams

Strategic, proactive, and highly organized
