SUMMER INTERNSHIP:
Applicant will gain a valuable work experience with website updating, development and the sales and marketing of feature films. During the internship the applicant will develop a strong understanding of how the internet is used to market and promote films to the worldwide marketplace. Vision Films / Vision Music will provide you with at least a reference and a letter of recommendation for your resume. Other compensation and chance of employment will be offered to the right candidate.
LENGTH OF INTERNSHIP:
3 months, 12 to 20 hours a week (hours are flexible)
INTERN REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have basic knowledge of how to use FTP, Quicktime, Dreamweaver, Flash, Photoshop, HTML and PHP.
• Knowledge of social networking sites is a plus.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Ability to stay focused and accomplish tasks in a timely fashion.
INTERN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Intern will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Website updates.
• Assist in the collection & organization of deliverable elements from producers.
• Create web-based sales pitches for specific territories.
• Video Encoding for web delivery.
