VIS is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Photo Media Manager to manage the organization, production, and distribution of photographic content. This is a hybrid role that combines creative skillsets (photo curation, editing and light retouching) with management skills (organizing, distributing, and client-servicing).
Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace for a minimum of four (4) days per week is an essential function of the position. The selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Photo Selection: Select key visual scenes of each episode based on existing photography or via securing screenshots from high-res videos
• Photo Editing and Retouching: Enhance the color, lighting, composition, and quality of the images along with light retouching of talent as needed
• Project Management: Track each show's weekly on-air schedule to complete photography selection and editing in a timely manner
• Media Management: Organize, upload, and distribute finished photography on FOX's photo distribution website
• Administrative Support: Receive inquiries, manage phone calls/emails of photo-related issues
• Communication: Collaborate effectively with internal teams and studio partners to acquire proper assets for tasks
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Proven experience in photo management, editing, or a related role
• Proficient in Photo Mechanics (+ familiarity in Photoshop)
• Strong attention to detail and creative eye for aesthetics
• Strong organizational and project/time management skills

Salary/Benefits
$102,000 - $110,000 /year USD
