THE OPPORTUNITY / THE PITCH

Our amazing consulting team is looking forward to collaborating with a “people first” Shreditor in our growing APAC market. This is a part time role based in Philippines.

As a Shreditor (Shooter Editor), you are a hybrid creative who can both capture and craft. You don’t just edit content - you create it from the ground up. You understand what performs on social, know how to shoot with intention, and bring ideas to life through thoughtful execution and platform-native storytelling.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES / THE TASK AT HAND
• Create content that makes impactful connections with consumers, measured by high attention metrics (likes, comments, shares, views, retention).
• Shoot and edit compelling, platform-native content across social channels.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final videos, ensuring assets are optimized for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, video formats, platform updates, and editing techniques to ensure work remains fresh, culturally relevant, and competitive in-feed.
• Collaborate effectively with teammates and cross-functional departments on rapid-fire requests and tight timelines.
• Attend creative brainstorms, kickoffs, and team meetings, contributing meaningful ideas and supporting performance-driven strategy.
• Mentor Creators and Creator Residents – and in some cases Art Directors and Copywriters – across the agency. Under the leadership of your A/CD, you help guide best practices in ideation and execution.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• 3–5 years of professional creative experience, with a demonstrable passion for creating content across a spectrum of platforms – social, streaming, AR, music, film, interactive, etc.
• Proven experience as a video shooter/editor, preferably within advertising, digital media, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of video production fundamentals, including lighting, framing, and audio capture.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Strong end-to-end content creation capabilities – from concepting and shooting to editing and final delivery – with a passion for video and motion design.
• Responsible, accountable, and a self-starter who demonstrates initiative.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive positive results.
