Assistant - Celebrity Branding Appearances and Marketing

This is a Full Time Job

Urge Artists, specializes in celebrity branding, endorsements and celebrity appearances and is looking for someone who would qualify to assist the owner as well as have experience in marketing and publicity.
Position would consist of the following responsibilities.

•Manage phone lines, basic bookkeeping, and handle all scheduling/calendar of events
•Maintain general company operations such as: partnership agreements, contracts, and client relations
•Ability to run office, when owner is out of town
•Establish relationships with buyers, agents, and managers
•Handle and negotiate contracts
•Create and strategize new pitch ideas to clients
•Help design advertising layouts, brochures and logos
•Manage website, Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word


Ideal candidates are highly independent, self-motivated, resourceful, work well in a high-paced high pressured environment and have exceptional problem solving skills.

Applicants with strong agent/manager and talent connections are a plus.
