Untitled Entertainment is seeking an experienced, LA-based coordinator to support the Head of Branding and the VP of Corporate Communications. The exempt position is high-volume and fast paced, supporting executives across two distinct disciplines.
Responsibilities include deck creation and design, coordinating branding assets and helping oversee in-house brand guidelines, organizing media lists and awards grids, heavy scheduling, calendar management, project/client submissions, and research.
Previous agency, management, or relevant industry experience required. We're looking for an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail who is passionate about a career in branding/endorsements and corporate communications.

What you will do:
Create/design branding decks for clients and in-house materials.
Organize media lists and award season grids.
Liaise regularly between brands and clients.
Manage client's digital campaigns and track payment schedules and posting dates.
Coordinate with press on company announcements as assigned.
Manage submissions for client bookings and industry press lists.
Schedule and calendar management.
Prepare and submit expense reports.
Interface with high-profile clients, producers, and executives.
Liaise between partners, agents, and peers.
Other duties as assigned.
What you will bring:
At least two years of experience at an agency, management company, or relevant industry company required.
Possesses a genuine passion for the representation business in movies, television, and storytelling.
Ability to exercise discretion.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated a proactive disposition, resourcefulness, and a strong work ethic.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and Adobe Suite.
Proficient with Zoom meetings and presentations.
