Description
Fame House, a Universal Music Group company, is looking for Senior Account Manager, Brand Partnerships to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. The Senior Account Manager, Brand Partnerships will report to the VP of Marketing, and will work with FH Management and our brand partnerships team to deliver exceptional results for our Brand Partner clients. She or he will play a key role in strengthening Fame House relationships with multiple stakeholders across clients’ and UMG’s organizations. You will work with some of the most successful artists, entertainment companies, and brands in the world, and will have regular opportunities to travel for client pitches, meetings, and on-site activations.
Successful candidates must have demonstrated experience in senior account planning and management roles, running brand partnership campaigns within entertainment, and managing teams and various stakeholders across clients and partners. Deep understanding of the intersection of music and brands, the digital media landscape, and influencer marketing will be key for success in the role.

Job Functions:
• Lead Brand Partnerships account planning and client relations across Fame House.
• Act as day-to-day accounts lead for the Universal Music Group and Brands (UMGB) team.
• Lead client communication with brand partnership clients, from pitch to project planning and execution to final reporting.
• Oversee account management across all brand partnership accounts, ensuring that FH continually delivers elite level client service.
• Manage internal resources against business to ensure individual project and department success.
• Help to identify new areas of growth and specific pathways toward achieving and exceeding departmental goals.
• Work closely with Senior Strategist, Brand Partnerships to exceed campaign goals across projects.
• Work with FH Management, internal and external stakeholders (e.g. UMGB) to conceive and achieve marketing objectives for each partnership.
• Execute marketing plans within budget, including but not limited to social media, influencer marketing, paid media, CRM, websites, and mobile app campaigns.
• Manage content capture team and execute content strategy on-site at partnership events/activations.
• Measure and report on campaigns and overall performance of client campaigns, tracking both ROI and KPIs against client goals.
• Working closely with VP Marketing, CEO, and Chief Strategy Officer, support business development efforts to close new brand partnership deals and grow the overall business.
• Manage ongoing brand partnerships proposals, working with UMGB and Senior Strategist to accurately scope and deliver compelling pitches on deadline.
• Lead direct pitches with clients, including in-person and over the phone.
• Manage the lifecycle of an active business development pipeline.
• Assess opportunities across new media partners and tech vendors.
• Act as primary Fame House point of contact for priority brand partnership clients (typically 2-4 at a time).
• Project management from concept to execution.
• Ensure all elements of our SOW are fulfilled.
• Ensure Fame House is a visible contributor to all relevant projects and discussions surrounding the partnership.
• Work with key stakeholders (e.g. artist management, UMGB, the brand) to ensure all activations serve each party’s needs.
• Keep abreast of the evolving music industry and digital marketing trends, specifically those related to artist and brand partnerships, brands and music, influencer marketing, and digital media.

Skills/Abilities:
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage individuals and teams.
• Ability to comfortably manage multiple priority clients and projects at a time, while staying on deadline and sustaining quality of work. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment juggling many deadlines at once.
• Ability to work well with different personalities and stakeholders both internally and externally to produce positive results for clients.
• Ability to quickly and calmly react to changing client needs and deadlines, both internal and external.
• Ability to travel for client meetings and on-site activations. Overnight travel may be required.
• Adept problem solver; ability to come up with inventive solutions on the fly.
• Extremely high level of comfort presenting to groups, both over the phone and in person.
• Impressive verbal and written abilities — client communication skills are essential.
• Expert knowledge of industry trends across brand partnerships x entertainment (music preferred), digital media, and influencer marketing.
• Hands-on experience working with artists, record labels, and artist management teams preferred. Understanding of artist needs and preferences is a major plus.
• Deep knowledge of direct-to-fan marketing tools and tactics including social media, email, mobile, emerging platforms, and associated marketing platforms, particularly within the music industry is a major plus.
• Strong passion for marketing and the music industry.
• Strong critical thinking skills and a demonstrated ability to apply data insights to marketing strategy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Mac OS.
Experience:
• 4 years working in digital marketing and/or media, preferably with ties to music and entertainment.
• 3 years working with brand partnership clients and managing digital and/or music marketing campaigns.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in music business, business, marketing, or a related field.
