JOB DESCRIPTION:
Capitol Christian Music Group in Brentwood, TN is seeking aSales and Marketing Support Specialist.
Job Purpose:
The Sales and Marketing Support Specialist provides support to the CCMG Sales Team in the areas of account and label support and service. Key support roles include distribution and communication of information, troubleshooting asset deliveries, take downs, and any and all sales strategy changes.
Essential Job Functions:
• Perform account street date checks and rechecks and notify account manager of missing content or featured positioning.
• Distribute information and reports:
• Weekly sales charts sent to labels
• Weekly account specific priorities
• New release information to accounts
• Product and artist placement to labels
• Support account managers and labels with regularly scheduled sales/marketing meetings
• Complete campaign grids for key accounts
• Update images, bios and album information at accounts and All Music\
• Communicate new release and catalog marketing opportunities to label partners
• Assist with account analysis and program results.

Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum two years experience in marketing/sales support role preferred
