Description
Bravado is currently looking for a Product Development Coordinator to join the Product Development team. The Product Development Coordinator supports the Product Development team in all functions of the development process from concept inception through production hand off.
Job Functions:
• Create and maintain Buy Charts, Comps, WIPs & sample tracking charts
• Follow up with vendors on sample, strike off, & fabric submissions
• Manages all outgoing and incoming packages to and from our vendors as well as distribute/ready all packages for internal review
• Ensure all samples are properly labeled with correct hangtags and information
• Build and maintain Blank, Fabric, Trim, and Wash library for Cross Functional use
• Coordinate and communicate with suppliers on blank stock levels and availability
• Build relationships with cross functional team members & vendors. Help to cultivate current and new vendors based upon the development needs and request of the department.
• Assist in Navision Product Set for upcoming e-commerce launches as well as work alongside Brand Managers and Product Managers to compile all necessary information for new Artist Store launches.
• Align with the Production team on readying designs for order management
• Assist in follow up with Design & Brand Managers on sample approval comments
• Create and distribute sample POs & code final invoices for payment
• Assist with special projects as needed
• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Job Requirements:
Skills/Abilities:
• Proficient in Navision (recommended but not required)
• Proficient in Excel, including running V-Lookups and Pivot Tables
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, and Adobe products
• Operational and Supply knowledge
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills, including prioritization and follow through
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented and meticulous
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Experience:
• 1-2 years of administrative assistant experience
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree
