How we LEAD:
Merchandise and e-commerce is part of the fabric of music culture. For artists, it's a way to develop and further articulate their brand. For fans, it's another pathway to connecting with an artist and the culture they represent.
Sitting within the Post Production team and reporting to the Post Production Supervisor, this role plays a critical part in ensuring visual consistency, technical excellence, and brand integrity across all photographic outputs. The Photo Retoucher is responsible for delivering high-quality, production-ready image assets across e-commerce, editorial, and marketing content.
This role partners closely with Photography, Content Production, Creative Direction, and Digital Design to bring creative intent to life through refined, scalable post-production workflows. The Photo Retoucher ensures that all assets meet quality standards, technical requirements, and delivery timelines while supporting efficient, repeatable production at scale.
This is a detail-driven role for a retoucher who understands both creative nuance and operational rigor, and who thrives in a fast-paced, production-heavy environment.
