How we LEAD:
Merchandise and e-commerce is part of the fabric of music culture. For artists, it's a way to develop and further articulate their brand. For fans, it's another pathway to connecting with an artist and the culture they represent.
The Coordinator, Partner Strategy supports the development, commercialization, and performance tracking of Fame House's Digital Creative content products and strategic offerings. Embedded within the Partner Strategy team, this role plays a critical part in translating creative capabilities into structured, scalable, revenue-driving solutions.
Reporting into Partner Strategy leadership, the Coordinator assists in developing content frameworks, packaging offerings into defined P&L-backed products, and supporting both internal and external sales initiatives. This role combines analytical rigor, cultural fluency, and operational coordination to ensure that strategic initiatives are data-informed, market-relevant, and effectively executed.
This is an ideal role for an early-career strategist who thrives at the intersection of analytics, culture, and commercialization-and who is excited to help shape how creative services are positioned, sold, and optimized.
How You'll CREATE:
• Support the development and packaging of content products, including assisting in P&L modeling and commercial documentation.
• Partner with senior team members to prepare materials that position and sell content offerings internally and externally.
• Assist in tracking creative asset performance across e-commerce, social, paid media, and CRM channels.
• Work closely with the Data Analytics team to compile and interpret performance reports.
• Monitor social media, UGC trends, and cultural signals to inform forecasting and product evolution.
• Contribute to performance recaps and strategic insights presentations for internal stakeholders and partners.
• Help manage timelines and cross-functional coordination across Creative, Production, and external partners.
• Support the development and maintenance of influencer outreach programs.
• Assist in identifying, vetting, and tracking influencer partnerships aligned with campaign objectives.
• Maintain organized documentation of partnerships, performance metrics, and outreach pipelines.
• Identify opportunities to refine processes that improve efficiency and visibility across strategic initiatives.
Bring your VIBE
• 1–3 years of experience in strategy, analytics, influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with performance data and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, UGC trends, and influencer ecosystems.
• Basic understanding of P&L concepts and commercial frameworks.
• Highly organized with strong documentation and coordination skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to synthesize insights into clear, actionable summaries.
• Passion for music, culture, digital content, and emerging trends.
• Curiosity-driven, proactive, and eager to learn within a fast-paced environment.
