Philadelphia, PAThis is a Full Time Job
How we LEAD:
Merchandise and e-commerce is part of the fabric of music culture. For artists, it's a way to develop and further articulate their brand. For fans, it's another pathway to connecting with an artist and the culture they represent.
Junior Motion Designer
The Junior Motion Designer supports the development and execution of motion content across artist campaigns, storefront experiences, and digital marketing initiatives. Embedded within a Creative Pod and reporting to a Senior Motion Designer or Motion Lead, this role contributes to the creation of engaging, platform-ready motion assets that enhance brand storytelling and commercial performance.
Working closely with Digital Designers, Creative Directors, and Content Production teams, the Junior Motion Designer translates established creative direction into dynamic visual executions. This role is focused on craft development, technical growth, and executional excellence within structured creative systems.
This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career motion designer who is eager to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contribute to culturally relevant, music-driven digital experiences.
