We are currently seeking a Logistics Manager with exceptional understanding and experience in the commercial streaming and digital space to lead and support IGA's commerce efforts. This person must have solid knowledge behind setting up online and streaming releases, including logistics as well as the marketing and visibility aspects critical to each release. Strong relationships with key executives at streaming and digital partners are crucial. Ability to think out of the box and evolve current commerce strategies is a must.
How you'll CREATE:
• Maintain open communication with Commercial Partnerships, UMG Supply Chain Team, distribution providers, manufacturers, and suppliers
• Prepare and report on music product sales across all Retailers.
• Ensure all orders are received in and shipped out to Retailers on time.
• Manage inventory on all physical configurations.
• Strategize with the team to create partner specific configurations for new and recent releases.
• Run P&Ls for all configurations (physical and digital) with our Finance team.
• Solicit all physical configurations to the field based on the UMG schedule.
• Support the team with non-traditional accounts.
• Manage relationships with Billboard and Luminate teams.
• Work with Analytics on proper physical forecasting for all upcoming releases.
Bring your VIBE:
• BA 4-year college, or similar education level required
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in business operations, inventory management and logistics at a record label, music distributor or a similar company.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of commercial products and platforms, consumer trends and product consumption in the evolving music industry
• Inherent analytical and quantitative skills with experience in social media and content marketing strategy coupled with ability to communicate strategy, drive artist growth and maximize revenue
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with emphasis on executive-level presentation skills, relationship building within UMG, labels and partners
• Meticulous attention to detail and follow through
• Extremely organized with superior time management skills
• Ability to lead multiple projects and produce high-quality results under tight deadlines in a team environment

Salary Range:
$64,480- $114,272
The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
