How we LEAD:
The Manager, Catalog and Content Operations directly oversees catalog migration and handles operational needs throughout the content release process, including catalog setup/configuration, product creation and ingestion and distribution assistance through the entire transfer process.
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Label & Content Operations, the role is responsible for creating and implementing best catalog migration practices, optimizing current workflows and tracking projects from start to finish.
How you'll CREATE:
• Interface between technical teams across multiple departments with both internal and external stakeholders
• Capture complete and accurate details for complex projects with large volumes of content, schedule timelines and track various projects from start to finish
• Work with proprietary systems and tools to configure and process audio and video content for distribution
• Coordinate with quality control to ensure best practices are maintained during migration
• Develop a deep understanding of Ingrooves style guide and work with other teams to contribute to the guide update process
• Supervise and directly participate in the execution of complex, high-profile catalog transfers
• Work closely with development to improve our catalog migration tools, and assist product management in identifying potential features and improvements that would benefit catalog management
• Implement and optimize new and existing migration workflows to maximize team efficiency
• Work with Sales, Business Development and Operations teams to ensure correct prioritization and execution of catalog transfers
Bring your VIBE:
• Minimum 5 years experience in digital music distribution, content management and/or customer or technical support in digital music
• Experience working with complex metadata and understanding of DDEX
• Comfortable working with multiple streams of data, and the ability to analyze, manage and/or design spreadsheets
• Knowledge of audio, video and image formats
• Ability to maintain laser focus on large projects, analysis and oversight while often required to be in the weeds
• Experience working in complex operational environments and software systems
• Legendary attention to detail and tireless drive to solve problems
• Strong ability to follow through and a desire to see even minor issues through to resolution
• Passionate about music discovery and a fan of multiple genres of music with the ability to represent Ingrooves in the marketplace
• Strong relationship building skills, creativity and resourcefulness in getting projects to the finish line
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building capability - always with a professional demeanor
• Articulate in written and oral communication
• Ability to maintain multiple project timelines while being accountable and responsive
• Experience with top digital music services interfaces, social media applications, and digital music best practices
• Extensive knowledge and relationships in the independent music community a major plus

Salary Range:
$63,756 - $131,450
The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
