Reporting to the Director, Operations & Integrated Systems Solutions, the Label Partnerships Coordinator, Operations is the main point of contact for all Label Partnerships operational requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for music and enjoy working in a key support role within a team environment.
Responsibilities
• Update and maintain Label Partnerships new release production schedule.
• Oversee and assist with pre-production of locally manufactured Label Partnerships new releases including acquisition of audio/artwork masters and approvals.
• Consult with Operations and Sales for inventory management of Label Partnerships product.
• Input new release Label Partnerships import orders.
• Assist with product updates.
• Enter and monitor stock transfers between Universal Music Canada and various business partners.
• Handle discrepancies of Label Partnerships product received at distribution center.
• Coordinate Label Partnerships stock requirements for venue sales and promotional needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with labels.
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• 2-3 years of previous experience in Operations/Production is a definite asset.
• Excellent organization, planning and prioritizing skills.
• Attention to detail and follow-up skills are essential.
• Reliable, motivated and enthusiastic personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Cordis, Microstrategy and Microsoft Office.
